Our official return policy is as follows:

-Your satisfaction as customer is important to us. So, you may within 14 days to return or replace all physical, non-digital items (paintings, drawings, printed reproductions, photo prints) purchased from us, and we will refund your money if the products are defective or damaged.
-By Law you are entitled to withdraw your order within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. In addition to the value of the sold goods, we will also refund the postage cost if you received delivered damaged goods. Please provide us with your bank details so that we can make a refund for returned goods. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 14 day return period. After 14 days all sales are final.

Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases. Customers that violate the terms of use of the product may have their right of return revoked.

IMPORTANT: Carefuly read shipping policu, shipping time for most of products is 10-60 days. You can request return for NOT DELIVERED products after 60 days, only if the product is returned to the seller.

Non-digital products sold by us are complete refundable, with 100% money back guarantee. In the case you receive a defective or damaged item please send an email to: [email protected] within 14 days of the date you received your item(s). Please provide a short summary of your reason for wanting to return your item. We will make every attempt to provide you with a shipping label to have your defective item(s) returned to us. ONLY replacements are allowed on defective or unwanted products, and you will be responsible for the difference in price if you wish to replace a product for a more expensive one. Replacement for different sizes is not accepted.
